Known more commonly as Raining Dawn by my deviant art account, by my Name is Alishia Gray.

Crystal Skies is a comic book series I am producing about a 17 year-old guy called Sky Striver and his 3 friends Rain, Kuzan and Valor. Sky goes through alot in the comic along with his friends, they experience new horizons with what they do and uncover dark secrets and hidden pasts that they didn't even know about each other or the world they live in.

Alot of it is still in the making and the character pictures are on my raining-dawn account (use link above).

With is account I have given people the chance to design they're own character, they would only appear for maybe one episode, but for the best ones, they could appear more often, usually the more detailed ones, not just the look of the character, but for what makes them, who they are, what they're like and their past.

Here is the informaiton you need if you are interested in desgining a character for me (and it won't cost you a penny):

To give you ideas or what the character would look like, the area Dannatayos is built is on a mountain range, to the North of the city is a vast desert with few roads linking the city up to other villages. To the south is the sea, with a vast port for merchant ships and traders.

This is a rough guild to what Dannatayos is like, the outside city is harsh and Dannatayos itself has 3 sections to the city with 4 spires leading out of the main city connected by highways. The city's layers are as such:

- The upper city: the highest point to the city where the rishest peopl live, with lust forests combined with gleaming white buildings (almost indian style) and waterfalls streaming down from some of the mountain sides.

-The mid city: This is the place where most of the people in dannatayos live, if anyone's seent he film 'Final Fantasy VII Advent Children' the city of Midgar, this is what the mid city looks like. Basic city people here, people that work in offices, garages, flower shops, merchant shops, traders, etc.

- The lower city: This is mainly the place for bandits and theives, anything goes here and you need a reputation to survive! Very dirty and dim mainly because it's blocked out by the layer of smoke from the mid city. The look of it is usually like sewer works....not very nice!

Ok, so these are the places your original character can live, but there are different races as well.
- Humans: just like me and you
- Filenias: Like werewolves, but cats (must have fur, cat face, paw-like hands and hid legs like a cat with a long slender/ fluffy tail) - [NOTE: male filenias, after the age of 17/18 a male filenia's beserker gene activates, it's like puberty, but in their face the beseker gene inside them activates, in the first 2 weeks the outbrakes are unpredictable, then for about a month after that it beomes more of a pattern. Once this stage is done a male filenia can use his beserker ability at will).
- Catrineria: Human, but with elf-like ears, any kind of horns, long rat like tails with a tuff at the end, also, legs like the filenia, but no fur and claw like feet.

NOTE: there are others, but only focus on these as these are the main races.

There can be a mix between races, these are called hybrids, they don't have pupils, (one of the ways you can tell if they're a hybrid). But i don't want you to do this, i may give permission for a few people who beg and pled and give me a really good reason, but otherwise, just stick to pure breeds. This is because Hybrids are rare and don't appear often.

Other thing you need permission for is if the character has a special ability (also rare). The reason they have these abilities is because of a deformaty in their genes, or specific skills have develped since birth. But like I said, if you give me a good reason i can describe better of such abilities that are already with some of my characters. (same with the Hybrids).

If you are deciding to design a traveller instead of anyone living in the city your more then happy to, but with travellers, the backgrounds to them can be as unclear as you like. just stick within some of the boundries of what I've already said.

(o and by the way - this is something i forgot - if the character you design is from the academy, it has to be aged around 16 - 21, plus there are different divisions to the academy. they are:

- Red: a very generalised area and covers everything, but doesn't go into massive amounts of detail in areas.
- Green: Magic and elements mainly
- Black: Steath and trap setting
- Yellow: Strength and Power
- Blue: Flying and arieal combat (sorry if i can't spell)
- Purple: (Only for the higher years) Complex, once a subject is picked (if in red) can go into it further, or more advanced and harder training (if from the other divisions).

(I can't remember if there where others, but these are the ones i can remember, which is more-or-less all of them anyway)

Just leave a note that you've made a character for me and submit it into your deviant art space making sure the title of the deviation starts with: 'Raining Dawn Comic Character', just soes I know that's the one you want me to look at.
